1. Tell us about your company and products?
Tightwell Forgings Limited is one of the professionally managed organizations engaged in the manufacturing of a wide range of cold-forged and hot forged High Tensile Fasteners. We are a company with a production capacity of 2400 M. Tons p.a. for catering to the ever increasing demand for engineering, automobiles, construction and various other Sectors. We are an ISO 9001-2015 and IATF 16949 Certified Organization. We manufacture all types of High Tensile Fasteners in 8.8, 10.9, 12.9,5,8 & B7, etc. grades and we manufacture the parts according to IS/ISO/DIN standards and special according to customer drawings or samples.
We manufacture, Hex Head, Round Head, D Head, Socket Head, Allen CSK, Flange bolts, Collar Bolts, Studs, B7 Bolts, HSFG bolts, Rim bolts, Weld Screw, Pins, and special components according to customer drawings. We keep stock of standard items like Hex head screws, Hex head bolts, Socket head bolts, Socket CSK and Hex Nut, etc. Our product range is M6 to M48. Further, we can do up to 1" dia and 300mm length through cold forging.
