Employees that can work from home, including employees from our Bengaluru location, are now doing so and are fully functional and available and ready to support our customers. 3. What changes do you foresee in the future?
Changes have already begun and we are learning to adapt digital versions of every meeting and discussion. Lee Spring has moved towards paperless processes in the past few years which have helped us to operate with no disruptions during these recent challenges. We are doing a lot of Kaizens in all the areas where we need to protect and help induce social distancing and sanitization of workplace. We foresee more emergence of a fully digital office and more adaptable business processes in every way possible after this crisis. There would be new economic reforms by governments and companies themselves to improve on the stand-still situation and get moving in business whilst updating to a newer version of themselves and their methods of doing business. Many of our employees are still working from home and we have realized their commitment to work remains the same and we can operate without disruptions. We continue to excel in our commitments to our customers, suppliers and employees and hope we bring positive changes in every life associated with us.
