These are really testing and trying times for people and organizations across the globe. We are keeping our fingers crossed for the release of a suitable vaccine which will allay all the fears of this global pandemic and help life return to the actual normal. Digital has been the keyword during this time and also going ahead. Our service team has been providing online support to customers for their service related issues and we have been upskilling our staff by training during this lockdown period. We have also taken progressive step towards meeting our customers’ requirements by providing them knowledge sharing sessions/training and resolving their queries through digital platforms. Our Service team is interacting with OEM engineers and providing them installation support through video interactions. We also plan to hold webinars for our existing and potential customers to update them about our new products and technology. Looks like, this trend to make the most of technology in delivering business needs, will be one of the priorities going ahead. We are also ensuring the safety of our colleagues and customers as people are cornerstones of any successful business. We have implemented mandatory measures like wearing of masks, use of sanitizers, sanitization of equipment and office spaces, daily temperature checks in order to prevent any spread of the disease.
