Interview with Mr. Manoj Tiwari, Managing Director, SAMADHAN(A Unit of RITC Pvt. Ltd.)

1. Tell us about your company and products?

SAMADHAN (A Unit of RITC Pvt. Ltd.) is in information technology space since 1989. It is a turnkey ERP solution provider. It works primarily with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics suite of products to deliver specific solutions to its clients. The range of services include software license sale, implementation services which includes training and support on the ERP solutions. Samadhan works with its partners in Microsoft ecosystem and outside to complement it’s offering to meet the requirements of its customers more comprehensively.

We offer various industry specific solution that are built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Formerly Dynamics NAV), makes us different from most of Microsoft Dynamics Partners who work on horizontal solutions. The industry solutions we focus on are for corrugated carton manufactures, folding carton manufactures, commercial printers, Kraft paper manufactures and many more.

2. What was the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on Samadhan India? Did you face any customer service challenges? How did you manage the current situation and what measures have you taken in the recent times?

We have to agree that COVID-19 has affected many countries and we too are not excluded from the list. Many of our prospect has delayed the plan of software implementation. We have started reaching different territories. We believe in differentiation for initial awareness, our solutions are focused for packaging, printing and paper industry and we have a defined target regions. We are continuing to follow that even post COVID. Nimble marketing and customer referrals are some of the practices we follow.

We have also started doing the online implementation. Anywhere and anytime. Cost effective and convenient. Improved methodology of implementation. In COVID times, having a proven and tested system is the need, keeping in mind, thin manpower, low initial investments, spare time- suitable for implementation.

Organisation are getting benefitted through online implementation and users can connect from their home as well. Machine integration further helps manage the operations with thin manpower.

3. Tell us about your product lines. Is there any new product which you plan to launch in the coming months?

We are continuously working for Packaging and Printing segments, we have recently added a paper manufacturing solution on our repertoire. For our corrugated solution, we will be launching the solution extension for the new version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

4. How do shows like IndiaCorr Expo help in enabling the industry growth?

We have been participating in IndiaCorr Expo and other such events for over 6 years. We understand that exhibitions are the dominant platform for meeting people in the B2B segment. These events help increase our brand recognition even better and help the business grow exponentially. We have been able to interact with wider set of target audience from across the globe.
