PackPlus webinar received an overwhelming response from the industry
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a considerable impact on the Indian packaging industry. The industry is facing many challenges aroused due to this lockdown. Availability of raw materials, prevention of infection via packaging, recyclability and safety are the major concerns. To address these issues a webinar was hosted by PackPlus on 28 Apr 2020. Over 1269 unique attendees from India, USA, Singapore, Germany, UK, Hong Kong, Japan and many other countries attended the webinar. It was a great success.
With the theme Packaging: A guardian of public health & essential lifeline of economy, discussion were based on Restocking Shelves with packaged products, Ensuring packaged product safety - during manufacture; at retail points and for consumers, Safety versus Sustainability - will sustainability need to take a backseat?, Trends and Innovation that will dominate.
